Today I weighed myself at NIGHT (that's a big no no in most dieters world) and I weighed 199! 7 days later, with some faltering, I still got below 200. I'm in shock and elated . Its odd, I began this process without watching the documentary that began it all for so many people. I had the time to sit down and watch it today and did so. It taught me juicing tips to make clean up faster and how to juice greens (do them first). It taught me what we as Americans eat primarily and what our bodies actually need.
